Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or marks

  • Returned in original packaging

Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may request a different size or colour (if available).

If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for postage costs when returning an item to ALEIA.

ALEIA covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Items worn for workouts

  • Items showing signs of wear, odour, or damage

  • Items returned without the required order number
