1. What are your sizes like?
Our pieces are designed to be true to size.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for bottoms and staying true to size for tops.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days.
Express shipping takes 1–3 business days.
3. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping: $9.99 AUD
Express shipping: $14.99 AUD
Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

5. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@aleiafitness.com with your order number and item you’d like to return or exchange.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Australia.
International shipping will be available soon.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After that, it may already be in processing.
8. Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes — as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
